Item Condition and Grading
We grade our items honestly and fairly based on the following criteria:
- Grade A: Good condition. Fully functional, with little to no marking, discoloring, or major defects. May have some standard small wear and tear. Cleaned. It is important to note that these are good condition, not mint condition; they are often very old items and are not considered perfect.
- Grade B: Fair condition. Fully functional, but may have significant marking or chips to the housing, scratches or scuffs. May have heavy discoloring. May need a clean.
- Grade Parts: Poor condition. Possibly non-operational. May have significant marking or chips to the housing. May have heavy discoloring. May have something loose inside and rattles when you shake it. Pieces may be broken or stuck.
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items. If you are unhappy with the grading of an item you receive, you can return it for a full refund.

- We do not grade the condition of manuals or other accessories. Each product should note whether accessories are included or not.
